When deploying our own capital, we invest in both private and public companies taking an opportunistic view, and are generally industry and geography agnostic. First and foremost, we look for strong management teams that are committed to the business with a clear vision for the future of the company. Secondarily, we look for companies that operate in an open and transparent manner, practicing fair dealings across the entire spectrum of company stakeholders. We also insist on strong corporate governance, with documented corporate policies and procedures that facilitate social equality and environmental responsibility, along with management accountability.

Once we are invested in a company, we are dedicated to helping the company achieve its goals in any manner we can. Our deep experience covers the entire spectrum of corporate activity from initial establishment to fundraising to exit. Having functioned in several CEO roles for +100m EUR companies, we have a thorough understanding of all corporate management areas including operational, regulatory, and reporting. We have a particular expertise in corporate valuations and balance sheet structure and have led numerous financings and refinancings covering all forms of debt and credit, including complicated debt exchanges and debt-for-equity swaps, to name a few.
